Raymore-Peculiar extended their winning streak to eight on Wednesday, bumping them up to 9-2. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 5-4 W against the Blue Springs South Jaguars. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Jaguars, too.

As for Blue Springs South, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 15-10. Even worse, they were so close so many times: the losses came by an average of only one runs.
