Parkway Central faced Parkway South in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Colts blew past the Patriots 11-1. The Colts might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four contests by nine runs or more this season.

Parkway Central's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-2. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.3 runs over those games. As for Parkway South, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Parkway Central will face off against Ladue Horton Watkins at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Colts will need to watch out since the Rams have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matches. As for Parkway South, they will take on Eureka at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
