Soccer Recap: Cheltenham Comes Up Short

Cheltenham was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Lower Moreland Lions. That's two games in a row now that Cheltenham have lost by just one goal.

Cheltenham's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Lower Moreland, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cheltenham will face off against William Tennent at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lower Moreland, they will venture away from home to challenge Springfield Township at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
