Soccer Recap: North Tahoe Falls Short Against Ranked Truckee + How To Watch

North Tahoe faced Truckee in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Lakers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wolverines. The loss was North Tahoe's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, North Tahoe fell to 5-1-1. As for Truckee, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.

Coming up, North Tahoe will head out on the road to challenge Fernley at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. North Tahoe will be up against Fernley's rather soft defense (which has allowed 3.86 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Truckee, they will challenge Debbie Smith CTE Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
