Softball Recap: Liberty Takes a Loss

Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 16-6 to the Catoosa Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 22-13 on Saturday.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for Catoosa, their win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-11.

Liberty didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 20-0 defeat against Mounds on the 8th. As for Catoosa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 19-0 loss against Verdigris on the 8th.
