It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Baconton Charter had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They blew past the Irwin County Indians 9-2. The result was nothing new for the Blazers, who have now won 24 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the 22nd in a row for Baconton Charter, bringing their record up to 31-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Irwin County, their defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 23-8.
