Soccer Recap: Archbishop Riordan Wins Going Away Against Capuchino

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Presentation, Archbishop Riordan was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They blew past the Capuchino Mustangs 7-1. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusaders considering their one-goal performance the contest before.

Archbishop Riordan now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Capuchino, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Archbishop Riordan will be home for the holidays to greet Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Capuchino, they will host North Monterey County at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. North Monterey County is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5 goals per game this season.
