Softball Recap: Southeast Valley Takes a Loss

Southeast Valley fell victim to Prairie City-Monroe and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Mustangs, falling 8-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Jaguars have suffered since June 25th.

Southeast Valley has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-13 record this season. As for Prairie City-Monroe, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 23-4.

Southeast Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Prairie City-Monroe, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 9-0 win against Greene County on the 12th.
