Strasburg extended their winning streak  to four  on Saturday, bumping them up to 4-1. They had just enough and edged out the Lamar Thunder  12-10. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
The team  relied heavily on  Addi Kent, who  went 2-for-3 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles. With that strong performance,  she is now averaging an impressive 2.2  runs per game.  Rachel Rupple also deserves some recognition as  she  hit her first  double of the season.
 Strasburg was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .391. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a  batting average of .391 or higher in four consecutive  games.
As for Lamar,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-4. Even if they couldn't come away with the  victory, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.
 On Lamar's side,  Carlin Weber and  Alexa Aguilar stepped up to the plate in a big way.  Weber  went 3-for-4 with one  run and one  RBI, while  Aguilar  went 1-for-3 with two  RBI and one  run.  Khloe Fernandez was another key player,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  runs.
 Looking ahead, Strasburg will be taking part in a tournament against Gunnison  at 10:00  a.m.  on Saturday. As for Lamar, they have already played their next match,  a  4-0  win against Wray/Yuma on the 26th.
