Softball Recap: Vidalia Heritage Academy Eagles vs. First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders

Vidalia Heritage Academy's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the First Preparatory Christian Academy Highlanders as they made off with a 15-3 win. Considering the Eagles' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.

Libby Clark made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and one RBI.
