Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Line Mountain). They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat the Midd-West Mustangs 53-20. The Eagles pushed the score to 47-16 by the end of the third, a deficit the Mustangs had no chance of recovering from.

The victory made it two in a row for Line Mountain and bumps their season record up to 3-3. As for Midd-West, they dropped their record down to 0-5 with the loss, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season.

Line Mountain won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Juniata at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Line Mountain has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. Midd-West will take on Newport in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
