Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Granite Hills). They put the hurt on the Silverado Hawks with a sharp 11-0 victory on Wednesday. It was an even better day for Layla Lobato as she scored three goals for her team.

Granite Hills' win bumped their record up to 7-5. As for Silverado, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Adelanto the next time they take the pitch. Granite Hills will host Adelanto at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, while Silverado will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on January 15th.
