Recap: White County Warriors vs. North Hall Trojans
White County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They wound up on the wrong side of a rough 12-1 walloping at the hands of the North Hall Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to White County of the 3-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2023.
White County got a good showing from Eppi Rodriguez, who pitched 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (he also didn't allow any walks).
White County's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for North Hall, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-2.
White County will head out on the road to square off against Rabun County at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Rabun County is coming into the matchup with three straight wins at home, so White County will have to stop a squad with plenty of momentum. North Hall will take on North Gwinnett at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
