Gonzales won the last time they faced Santa Catalina and things went their way on Thursday too. The Gonzales Spartans narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Santa Catalina Cougars 2-1. Alessandra Tejeda-Ochoa had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Spartans.
