Soccer Recap: St. Margaret's Takes a Loss

St. Margaret was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Valley Christian Defenders. That's two games in a row now that the Tartans have lost by exactly two goals.

St. Margaret's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Valley Christian, the win got them back to even at 2-2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Margaret's will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Capistrano Valley Christian at 5:00 p.m. on January 8, 2025. As for Valley Christian, they will be home for the holidays to greet Saint Joseph at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
