Football Recap: Century Comes Up Short

Century was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 31-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of the New Prague Trojans. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 14-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Century's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for New Prague, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Century is set to face off against their familiar foe Northfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, New Prague will take on rival John Marshall at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
