Preview: Franklin Regional Panthers vs. Plum Mustangs
Franklin Regional has been on the road for three straight, but on Monday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Plum Mustangs at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Franklin Regional will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings (they are ranked 409th, while Plum is ranked 187th).
Last Friday, Franklin Regional lost to Penn-Trafford on the road by a decisive 57-38 margin.
Meanwhile, Plum can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Gateway 60-27 at home. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win Plum has posted since December 29, 2023.
Franklin Regional's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Plum, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season.
