Football Recap: Dighton Comes Up Short

Dighton's game on Friday was all tied up 6-6 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 24-12 to the Wallace County Wildcats. The defeat leaves the Hornets still looking for their first win of the season.

Although Dighton took the loss, they still got scores from Charlie Vogel and Westin Johnson.

Dighton's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Wallace County, their victory was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

Coming up, Dighton will head out to face off against Logan/Palco at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Wallace County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greeley County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
