Baseball Recap: Cedar Grove Comes Up Short

Cedar Grove fell victim to Luella and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Lions, falling 16-0. The Saints just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Cedar Grove's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Luella, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-8 record this season.

Luella will head out on the road to square off against South Gwinnett at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Cedar Grove will be paying especially close attention to the Lions' game: after the Lions faces off against the Comets, they'll take on Cedar Grove again at 5:55 p.m. on Wednesday.
