Football Game Preview: Udall Eagles vs. Kiowa County Mavericks

The Udall Eagles will challenge the Kiowa County Mavericks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Udall and three for Kiowa County.

Udall's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Skyline on Friday. They had to suffer through a 46-0 loss at the hands of the Thunderbirds. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kansas football rankings (they are ranked 96th, while the Thunderbirds are ranked 26th).

Meanwhile, after some red-hot attacks on offense in their last three games, Kiowa County finally came back down to earth on Friday. They took a blow against South Central, falling 58-0.

Udall's loss dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Kiowa County, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
