North found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 7-40 punch to the gut against Forest Lake last Friday.

Meanwhile, it was all tied up at the half for Spring Lake Park and Coon Rapids, but Spring Lake Park stepped up in the second half. Spring Lake Park took their contest against Coon Rapids 21-14.

Spring Lake Park's win lifted them to 3-2 while North's loss dropped them down to 0-5. We'll find out if Spring Lake Park can add another positive mark to their record or if North can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Spring Lake Park's step.
