Basketball Recap: Cate Takes a Loss

Cate lost against Foothill Tech back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cate Rams lost 50-27 to the Foothill Tech Dragons. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Cate's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Foothill Tech, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season.

While Cate had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
