Football Game Preview: Harleton Wildcats vs. Hawkins Hawks

The Harleton Wildcats will face off against the Hawkins Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Harleton's offense might be in the hot seat on Friday considering what happened against Waskom on Friday. They were dealt a 28-0 defeat at the hands of Waskom. Harleton has struggled against Waskom recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hawkins). They simply couldn't be stopped on Friday as they easily beat Ore City 50-20.

Hawkins' win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-2. As for Harleton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
