Soccer Game Preview: Bravo vs. Garfield

The Bravo Knights will face off against the Garfield Bulldogs at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Bravo heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Thursday. Neither they nor Roosevelt could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, Garfield got the win against Gardena on Thursday by a conclusive 8-3. The result was nothing new for Garfield, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Garfield and bumps their season record up to 10-7-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those two contests. Bravo's draw makes their record 9-4-3 this season.

Bravo came out on top in a nail-biter against Garfield in their previous matchup back in November of 2022, sneaking past 2-1. Will the Knights repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
