Softball Recap: Clayton Drops Season-High Score on Cameron

Clayton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 23-8 to the Cameron Yellow Jackets. On the bright side, the eight- run effort marked the Bulldogs' highest-scoring game to date.

Clayton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Cameron, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clayton will challenge Bennington at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Cameron, they will be playing at home against Gans at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
