It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Gordon Lee had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Thomasville Bulldogs 10-2. The result was nothing new for the Trojans, who have now won 23 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Gordon Lee's sixth in a row) raised their record to 29-6. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Thomasville, their loss dropped their record down to 24-15.

Gordon Lee didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 4-1 win against Dade County on the 31st. Thomasville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
