Softball Recap: Bixby Takes a Loss

Bixby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 6-5 heartbreaker at the hands of the Jenks Trojans. Spartans fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Trojans since Friday.

Bixby's defeat dropped their record down to 14-18. As for Jenks, they now have a winning record of 18-17-1.

Bixby has already played their next game, an 8-6 loss against Durant on the 3rd. Jenks does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
