Calvary Day had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.7 runs) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They put the hurt on the Islands Sharks with a sharp 17-1 win. The result was nothing new for the Cavaliers, who have now won 12 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Noah Bauer looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Dalton Kelley, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Max Arnold was another key player, scoring four runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Calvary Day's victory bumped their record up to 19-7. As for Islands, their loss was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-16.
