Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Springfield Southeast). They never let the Taylorville Tornadoes get on the board and left with a 5-0 win on Monday. Dayane Azonnadou was a massive factor in the win as he booted in three goals all by himself.

The victory made it two in a row for Springfield Southeast and bumps their season record up to 2-10-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those two matches. As for Taylorville, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Looking ahead, Springfield Southeast will venture away from home to face off against Springfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Taylorville, they will head out on the road to challenge Vandalia at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
