Kennesaw Mountain is a perfect 3-0 against Rome since August of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Mustangs will welcome the Wolves at 5:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this matchup.

On Monday, Kennesaw Mountain came up short against Campbell and fell 7-4.

Meanwhile, Rome was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 9-8 heartbreaker at the hands of Walker.

Jenna Beasley made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 2-for-2 with two stolen bases and one RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Dahlia Reyes, who went 2-for-4 with three stolen bases and one run.

Kennesaw Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 6-16. As for Rome, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-16.
