P.K. Yonge hasn't had much luck against Interlachen recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The P.K. Yonge Blue Wave will venture away from home to square off against the Interlachen Rams at 7:00 p.m. P.K. Yonge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.4 runs per game this season.

P.K. Yonge is headed into the game having just suffered their closest loss since April 18, 2024 on Monday. They fell just short of Newberry by a score of 6-4. The Blue Wave have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Emma Mansfield made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Alison Sanetz, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Interlachen came up short against Keystone Heights on Friday and fell 5-1. The Rams haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Interlachen saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brooklyn Davis, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Interlachen's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for P.K. Yonge, their loss dropped their record down to 3-6.

P.K. Yonge was able to grind out a solid win over Interlachen in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, winning 9-4. Does P.K. Yonge have another victory up their sleeve, or will Interlachen turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
