Basketball Recap: Piedmont Hills Takes a Loss

Piedmont Hills lost against Evergreen Valley back in December of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Piedmont Hills Pirates were outmatched by the Evergreen Valley Cougars and fell 65-32. The match marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Piedmont Hills and nudges their season record down to 4-2. As for Evergreen Valley, their win bumped their record up to 6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Piedmont Hills won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Homestead at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Evergreen Valley, they will head out on the road to square off against Santa Teresa at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
