Soccer Game Preview: Aquinas vs. Arrowhead Christian

Aquinas is 0-9-1 against Arrowhead Christian since May of 2021 but things could change on Monday. The Falcons will head out on the road to square off against the Eagles at 4:00 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Aquinas managed to keep up with Linfield Christian until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Falcons lost 5-0 to the Lions. While losing is never fun, Aquinas can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 887th, while Linfield Christian are ranked 208th).

Meanwhile, Arrowhead Christian and Woodcrest Christian finished up their matchup with a 1-1 draw on Friday.

Arrowhead Christian's draw gives them a new season record of 6-5-4. As for Aquinas, their loss dropped their record down to 5-13-4.
