Magnolia had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They were the clear victors by an 8-1 margin over the Pea Ridge Blackhawks on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won 14 contests by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the 11th in a row for Magnolia, bringing their record up to 22-8. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Pea Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-11.

As of now, neither Magnolia nor the Blackhawks have any future games scheduled.
