Basketball Recap: Westridge Comes Up Short

Westridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Flintridge Prep Wolves and fell 55-14. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly 41 points.

Westridge's loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Flintridge Prep, they pushed their record up to 14-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home.

When Westridge and Flintridge Prep next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Westridge will square off against Rio Hondo Prep and their three-game winning streak at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Flintridge Prep will try to stop Valencia's five-game winning streak when the meet at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday.
