Baseball Recap: Valhalla Comes Up Short

Valhalla and Briarcliff squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Valhalla had to settle for second. They came up short against the Bears, falling 12-2. The Vikings have struggled against the Bears recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Valhalla's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Briarcliff, their victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6-1.

Valhalla does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Briarcliff, they will host Pawling at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
