Meanwhile, Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They strolled past Valley Academy of Arts & Sciences with points to spare, taking the game 42-24.

Triumph Charter better keep an eye on Emily Barajas. She was instrumental in Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology's win, going 10 of 16 on her way to 23 points and five rebounds. With that strong performance, Barajas is now averaging an impressive 15.8 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Heidi Lombera, who posted 11 points and five rebounds.

Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 17.7 points per game. As for Triumph Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Triumph Charter was able to grind out a solid victory over Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology when the teams last played back in December of 2022, winning 34-22.
