Centura and Yutan-Mead squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Centura had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 3-1. The Centurions' loss signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Emma Whitefoot was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run.

Centura's defeat dropped their record down to 23-8. As for Yutan-Mead, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-6.

As of now, neither Centura nor the Patriots have any future games scheduled.
