Softball Recap: Red Oak Comes Up Short

Red Oak fell victim to Chandler and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Lions by a score of 1-0. The Eagles have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Red Oak's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Chandler, their victory bumped their record up to 17-2.

Chandler wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 6-5 win against Haskell on the 12th. Hopefully Red Oak paid attention to the Lions' match: the next time they hit the field, they'll take on the Lions at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
