Notre Dame was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 36-11 to the Anzar Hawks. One positive for the Spirits, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Notre Dame's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Anzar, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-11.

Coming up, Notre Dame will take on Oakwood at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Oakwood's defense has only allowed 27.5 points per game this season, so Notre Dame's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Anzar, it'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Hawks duke it out with the Falcons at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
