Baseball Game Preview: Lithonia Bulldogs vs. Tucker Tigers

Lithonia is on a four-game streak of home losses, and Tucker a five-game streak of away losses. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Monday. The Lithonia Bulldogs will host the Tucker Tigers at 5:00 p.m. Lithonia has given up an average of 15.6 runs per game this season, but Monday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lithonia fell victim to Northview and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 15-0 to the Titans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Tucker faced off against Southwest DeKalb on Friday. Tucker fell just short of Southwest DeKalb by a score of 8-7. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by just one run.

Alec Waller was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.

Lithonia's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Tucker, their loss dropped their record down to 6-18.
