Rowland's and West Covina's matchup on Monday was close at halftime, but Rowland turned on the heat in the second half with two goals. The Rowland Raiders were the clear victor by a 4-1 margin over the West Covina Bulldogs. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by three goals or more this season.

Brooklyn Torres and Brooklyn Penson scored all four of Rowland's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 27 goals.

Rowland is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 17 goals over those five matches. As for West Covina, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-11-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rowland will venture away from home to face off against Northview at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for West Covina, they will head out on the road to challenge Charter Oak at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
