Vista Murrieta kept a clean sheet against Murrieta Mesa on Friday. They came out on top against the Murrieta Mesa Rams by a score of 2-0. Given the Broncos' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 206th, while the Rams are ranked 825th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kailyn Peterson and Destiny Cabrera scored both of Vista Murrieta's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.
