Soccer Recap: Murray County Comes Up Short

On Friday, the Murray County Indians didn't have quite enough to beat the Adairsville Tigers and fell 2-1.

Murray County has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. The victory made it two in a row for Adairsville and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Looking ahead, Murray County will take on Coahulla Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Murray County's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Adairsville, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game this season: they will square off against Gordon Central at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
