Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Canton). They were the clear victors by a 19-9 margin over the Palmyra Panthers on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-1 back in September.

Canton is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-13 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Palmyra, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Canton will square off against Paris at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Palmyra, they will be playing at home against Centralia at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday.
