It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Greenbrier West can now relate to. They were beaten by the Pendleton County Wildcat 60-7 on Friday. The Cavaliers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 27-7.

Chase Owens was nothing short of spectacular for Pendleton County: he picked up 186 receiving yards and three scores. Owens was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 63 yards. Travis Owens was in the mix too, providing Pendleton County with two TDs.

Greenbrier West's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Pendleton County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season.
