Soccer Game Preview: Riverside Prep vs. Segerstrom

The Riverside Prep Silver Knights will venture away from home to take on the Segerstrom Jaguars at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Riverside Prep is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.

Riverside Prep is headed into the match having not lost since January 13 and will look to keep things rolling. They never let Gahr get on the board and left with a 5-0 win on Thursday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Riverside Prep considering their one-goal performance the matchup before.

Meanwhile, Segerstrom hasn't lost a match since December 20, 2025, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over Palmdale.

Segerstrom has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2-6 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up four goals over those nine matches. As for Riverside Prep, their victory bumped their record up to 13-7-3.
