After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Woodland, Gordon Central was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top against the Coosa Eagles by a score of 4-2. Gordon Central have beaten Coosa the last three times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Coosa has come to flipping the script.

Gordon Central hit Coosa with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Erik Ambrocio (2), Edgar Valencia, and Miguel Dominguez.

The win got Gordon Central back to even at 6-6. As for Coosa, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-8.
