Soccer Recap: Dublin Comes Up Short

Dublin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the California Grizzlies. While losing is never fun, Dublin can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 370th, while California are ranked 38th).

Dublin now has a losing record of 3-4-1. As for California, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.

Looking ahead, Dublin will head out to take on Foothill at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for California, they will host James Logan at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. James Logan will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something California surely won't give up without a fight.
