There's no place like home for Geneva, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They had just enough and edged out the Wheaton North Falcons 7-6 on Saturday. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Vikings as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Geneva's win was truly a team effort as five different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Miles Dibble, who went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. That's the most RBI Dibble has posted over his last 11 matches.

Geneva's victory bumped their record up to 19-9. As for Wheaton North, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-14-1.
